Just got off the phone with Charles Goyette, ALAN. Briefly this is what he had to say: ALAN is not under investigation but the referrenced document(investigation) may have been as a result of ALAN complaining to the SEC of the wholesale selling of ALAN stock about a year ago by two mid-west brokerages to cover margin calls in SOLV-EX when SOLV-EX got "tanked". Apparently these brokerage houses had large position in ALAN and they sold these to cover the margin calls in SOLV-EX. Goyette said this is OLD news and was well known in the industry at the time.
