In a recent interview (the one Tench keeps quoting from - in Der Spiegel, I believe), Jerry claimed that 'he' had 400 million USD for the Fab, so presumably the Germans must have provided the last 1.6 billion. (Don't know exactly where the Dresden Loan Accords fit in... anyone?) --fyodor
