Slider and Gary to the contrary, my thesis that the OSX would find strong support in the mid 70s was validated today. The OSX will not be going into the 60s unless crude breaks considerably below $18 and/or the stock market slides quite a bit more. I consider the former most improbable, but the latter, unfortunately, looks like a good bet.

Gold is the only sector likely to go up in a severe stock market selloff. And the only group that still hasn't moved significsntly this year (but up strongly today)
