Zeev, I've been watching the new product releases from major laptop makers, and don't see a necessary correlation of the product design cycles to the amount of spending in a given quarter. For instance, I believe the new IBM thinkpad with the detachable base battery was released this spring. And I noticed a nice ultra-thin Fujitsu model that was just released recently.

So my argument was meant to address the supposed cyclic nature of the product design cycles, which doesn't appear to hold true anymore. Rather, new products are released at all times of the year.

As a consequence, whenever someone decides they want to use Valence cells in their product, and Valence can provide the cells in the quantities they want, they'll put out the product, and won't wait until the following year. 'He who hesitates is lunch.'

Regards, Rich
