Hello Everyone!

I have been lurking since 07/08/99 when I purchased my first 2,800 shares at $ 15.6875 (IPO date) and have added to my total ever since.

My highest Buy-in was $22.625 on 07/19/99 and my total # of shares is now 14,700 shares.

I took the opportunity today and bought another 1,600 shares at $18.5, $18.8125, $19 and $19.0625 - honestly, I put the orders in in the morning and didn't think they would be executed, but I am sure glad they did!

Why do I like INIT? The sector (the webhosting industry is only beginning to scratch the surface of its potential), Interliants growth through acquisitions, EXDSs & ABOVs incredible rise over the last eight months, and finally the fact that Merrill Lynch brought the IPO at a reasonable multiple and we are nearing the end of the "quiet" period.

Todays "minor" setback - Softbanks liquidation of shares in INIT, only allowed us to accumulate more shares.

My avg. cost now is $18.67 and I am definitely anticipating at least a "double" in a couple of weeks.

The only reason to watch this stock on a day to day basis is to BUY more on dips.

Best of luck to all the longs and thanks for all your info $Mogul.

Rico
