>>>I'm just trying to better understand what Intuit is rolling out this fall....

This is the only thing new I see here, and something I musta said about 18 months ago they should be doing with QuickBooks.

Another area of growth is electronic billing for small business. "It's much less automated than large business," Harris said. "Very few companies are attempting to bring functionality to small business."

I said way, way back then if QuickBooks could generate and invoice and send it to a printer...why not map it an send it back to Intuit to publish in e-bill format and distribute on the web?

That's why I think a company like Interface could help out here, I was spamming that one last night for a reason. I don't see why it couldn't be done. That's how Orcale is getting data into their Bill and Pay servers, that is normally destined for a printer...Interface e-bill manager converts the print to a computer internet thing-a-ma-jig and sends that print in data form to the Bill and Pay server instead, and then it's published on the internet so you can pay it.

I wonder if that's what they are going to do? That trick alone would unlock 2 million small billers all at once.
