Yeah it seems like they must since they ended up diluting shares by around 25% over the last year. I'm not exactly sure how the options work but my guess is that as the options went underwater (and they must all be by now) the Q had to account for them. I cant imagine that it will be this bad over the next year.

The Q may need cash now, but I doubt this will be the case two years from now (didnt a couple of people compare them to a bank?). Look for them to start a share buy-back program as the 3G royalty checks start flooding in. This would help keep the employee option dilution to a minimum.
