I have thought many companies do sec offering to raise cash for recent example TQNT just did exactly that and their stock have not let up since. My guess is what the company is doing with the money is what important. So it does not necessary means bad, I am off based here? Sorry for keep on asking, but I have not much understand in these areas. Thanks much for your reply
