mjs, let's look at the 1999 problems with Babe Ruth. First of all, the deal was signed very close to the start-up of the season. If TSIG could have had a 3-month headstart on the deal, the results may have been markedly different. Secondly, Babe Ruth is a very decentralized organization, i.e. the local leagues make their own decisions about fundraising. TSIG attempted to get the names and addresses of the league presidents, but Babe Ruth could not provide this until very recently (true to the best of my knowledge. Any clarification welcome.) It is my educated guess that TSIG was hampered by lack of funds when it was time to support the deal. Fourthly, the web site went up late... . . .Now let's look at the 2000 situation. TSIG has a year under its belt. More teams will be familiar with the MusicCard. The names and addresses are in hand. TSIG knows the value of contacting the decision makers. TSIG will be able to spend and support the deal as needed. The web site is up. The projection was for the hypothetical year 7/1/99-6/30/00. I think it's a realistic projection. Regards, Suzanne
