Okay, if you are a shareholder or potential shareholder of MDCE
(Media Concepts) Its time to wake up and get to know your company.
1 month ago our company merged with a privately held company, called Multi-media Showrooms. You probably already knew that, but the problem is, that is about all you know, right?
PROBLEM: The company has been merged for a little over a month, but we can't get any information about what MM-S business plans are, how much stock was used for the deal, how much $$ MM-S is making, etc.
Those of us that have gotten through to Gerry Berg (our CEO/CFO) he
tells us, that if there is not a press release, we can't talk about it. Okay, I know the SEC rules are always changing, does that mean we can't get any info at all from a public traded company without a PR?? I asking, because I don't know. Other companies I call, seem to give me more info than I want.
I called MDCE today, and was stern about needing to speak with Gerry Berg, he did call me back this afternoon.
Gerry stuck to his comments, of, "if its not in a PR, we can't comment." However, myself and ONE other share holder have been persistant about getting investment information. Gerry is planning
a meeting with the other management and their attorney, to see what
questions they can and can't answer under the insider information clause.
We need to let these guys know that we want and need investor information. What little information that is out there, is of no real help. Lets make sure this meeting happens!

Questions I have in for the meeting are:
Whats the total O/S?
whats the float?
How was the deal with MM-S done?
What are their profits?
What are their 1999 Projections?
What is the company's business plans?
What was the settlement with DFNL?
What assets stayed in MDCE, like the film library, etc?
What movie projects are being worked on?
What happen to the "9th Bullet"?
What is "Streaming.COM" this listed on the company website?
When will we be fully reporting?
What questions do you have? Send E-mail, fax or call the company!
Also post your questions here, I will fax a list to Gerry on Monday, the meeting was to be arranged for sometime next week.

I see a few people bitching about this company on this and other BB's but thats not going to get them sending press releases or anything else. Writing, faxing or leaving a stern message, that you want to talk to your company's officers will!
I have also setup a e-mail address for people to send there questions/comments to, that I will fax to Gerry Berg on next monday.

Don't get me wrong, I still hold all my shares, I still feel there is alot of potential with MDCE, but we need to setup an investor relations line or hire a PR firm.
I want to know what I have my $$$ in, don't you?
