A quick technical question: Isn't VTS available via TCP/IP? I thought the vision here included access to the system via internet protocols using a secure link - why then, would Ashton need to install systems at customer sites?

If I am an institutional trader, I could access the system via a SSL IP address and have VTS's homegrown encryption added as a side benefit using a custom JAVA app. Someone correct me if I am missing something.
