Larry, I finally got a response from Micron to my questions. This time it was not verbal but via email. Following are the questions and answers: What percentage of production in Fab 3 is now on 8". Answer: Fab 3 is 100% converted. >>What percentage of production in other fabs in on 8". Answer: 1/5 converted and expected to be fully converted by the end of the year 1996. >>What percentage of production in 16M. Answer: 50% of our wafer starts are now 16meg. Hope this helps. Kipp
