Pop Quiz, Gang.

Multiple Choice Section -

At this time last Friday the top three executives at Q anticipated:

A. Selling 4 million shares to the funds at a price $175 or better.
B. Selling 6 million shares to the funds at a price $157 or less.

True/False Section -

A. At the last moment Q, seeing the deal not panning out the way it had anticipated, sold an additional 2 mm shares because it absolutely needed $700mm + in order to effect the deal it has in the works.

B. Both Q and S&P were telling the God's honest truth when they said that the additional share offering directly to the funds was not part of the deal to get Q into the S&P500.

C. Both Bill Gates and Warren Buffet would have been similarly snookered by S&P and the Street to do this deal the way Q did it.

Morgan

P.S. Cold winds blow through the Halls of Truth, don't they.
