John S. Stokes III Re: "Qualcomm is brilliant" Excellent post. Some people needs to take some deep breaths and think. Q's management team has given us exceptional returns and shown excellent business savvy. I have never seen some people do a 180 turn so fast. With the entry to the S & P there was bound to be adjustment. I think too many people (newbies) were looking for a 50 point pop like last quarter. They forget that Q was trending down 2 days before earnings were announced last quarter. Look at how the stock was trending this quarter. It was up considerably before the earnings report. We got the excellent news were expecting but too much of the good news was already reflected in the stock, and we still went up while the Nasdaq tanked. We won't even remember this 6 months from now.
