Desire to learn? What could you possibly know about FFT? I have programmed those butterflies both in time and frequency domains BEFORE YOU WAS BORN. I bet you even do not know which modification of FFT you are dealing with while I have developed and coded those algorithms for mission-critical applications. If you want a real help to understand your performance problem, send me a message. I might be able to connect you with some people at AMD.
