Suzanne: I spoke to Paul Henry today. I asked him about LL. He was cautiously optimistic, which I felt was an appropriate response. He stated that they are using the call center for outbound marketing efforts for LL (contacting the PTAs, etc). They are not just sitting there, waiting for the cards to sell.

Paul stated that the schools already have fundraising programs, other than the musiccard, with which they are very familiar. Anything new requires some effort to understand. TSIG is expending the effort necessary, through the call centers, to help them understand the benefits of the musiccard program.

The conversation reminded me of your previous conversation with LL, Suzanne, in which you also received a cautiously optimistic response. Again, I think this response makes sense at this point in time. I was happy to hear that TSIG was being proactive in making the LL deal a success...
