It is not unusual for a company to hedge its bets going into an offering. You see it most frequently on pricing of IPOs where price changes occur up to the last minute. I don't think there's anything wrong with Q making last minute adjustments to sell as much as they thought without disrupting the market too much. It seems to me that they were exercising the caution that so many are angry that they didn't have.

Within reason I'll bet that if they thought they could have sold even more they would have. I'm quite sure they won't let it sit in treasuries.

BTW, though the post was addressed to you, I began it with "Thread:". I thought that would indicate that it wasn't meant for you personally. Time to switch to decaf, dude.
