Qualcomm just completed a series of financial maneuvers, some more obvious than others. We all agree that in order for QC to grow, they must have capital. I will use this first post to try to regroup the financing to date. Those who remembers the details please post.

1) a couple of years ago (?) QC did a private offering of convertibles. I forgot how much money was raised but those convertible holders should be very happy campers today. That money might have been all used by now.

2) then it was a line of credit with a consortium of banks, in the amount of around $500 M (?)

3) though not directly related to new capital, the sale of the infrastructure division to ERICY freed up an (?) amount of resources.

4) today, QC should have added $900 M or so with the 6 million shares offering.

May be we can start this thread off with some discussion as to how much QC now has in its warchest. More importantly, may be we should start thinking about the use of these funds. Finally, how are these funds going to help catapult QC into the next level.
