Why does Greenspan hold the key? I guess he is going to deliver his twice yearly address. But he has been neutral in the past. No "irrational exuberance" type of utterings. In my opinion a pretty flat speech. Has he been doing that deliberately considering that is term is nearing the end and that he is coming up for consideration for re-appointment by Gore (sorry Clinton)?
