I agree that it would be extremely stupid for the defendants to have engaged in illegal insider trading and then make things even worse by not filing with the SEC. But people so often do do stupid things...Well, we'll see what happens next.

I spent a good part of the morning reading "fights". This makes my OT conversation about the calculation of open interest in options tame. I can't even recall with whom it was.

I still maintain I was correct in the calculation of open interest. I bought the NWX 230 calls for March. There was no open interest when I bought them. I bought 10 and the open interest went up by 10. Of course, it went to 0 at expiration ROFLOL:-)
