alert, GRT beat FFO estimates by .03 (4%) for 2nd quarter in a row. With a 12% dividend that is growing safer each time FFO grows, one wonders why this is getting beat up so much. The downside is that it is heavily leveraged, but this has been the case for over a year. biz.yahoo.com
