They sell'em in the open market, you know. 6.9 mln is only 2x average daily volume. Look at the spike in volume during the last few days. My understanding is that management realized, that stock is overpriced at the moment (as this whole market is), and decided to rip as many benefits out of it as possible. It must have been a tough sell to add 2.9 mln more shares to the offering.
