A year ago, Serge Godin was ( and he still) talking about a major US acquisition witch never came through after 12 months. This was the first negative sign in my book and, the second was in January, when he did not split the stock when it was at 39,25$. I never understood why they decided to trip the runner up like that. So, I guest... this is in the background ( or in the cache memory) of CGI investors like you and I. For others, it discourage's them and they sold their shares. It's never the big guys that makes the price of a share it's always the small one's. So let's hope that the release of Q3 will help to stop the decline of CGI value. Au revoir Jean-Robert
