No answer to "Tier 1". This hosting thing is just another added service they're offering and it's a popular idea with many providers - both large and small. I think one of the more important advantages that E-Spire possesses is their CLEC presence, something they've been expanding for a long time now and something that QWST has to pay billions of $$ to get. ESPI - The QWST of the rest of the U.S. GBT - nice U.S. presence and great progress in building up a large infrastructure stretching from Canada, through the U.S. and all the way into S. America.
