Rose - I had the same question. Since they say that they "netted" almost $156.50 a share, either the actual sales price was higher, the underwritering fee was much less, or their definition of "net" is different than mine. My WAG is #2. Maybe they let the underwriter get some kind of deal. Comments, not flames, welcome. Great Investing to All, Steve
