No I doubt it. They might do 9 cents, but I am expecting 8 cents. However, earnings are pretty irrelevant this quarter. According to the conference call, the company turned down several contracts while they negotiated with AT&T for the 'big one'. Lucky for us, they got the contract but it will be paying off in the next two or three quarters, not this last quarter.

However, after the mess with Southern, IFCI has learned their lesson and all the acquisitions of the last few months have been priced on a performance basis. That pretty much guarantees that the acquisitions will be accretive.

According to a Cruttenden Roth report they are expecting around $45 mill in revs. This should start to put us on the radar screens of a lot of the big institutions. We will probably hit $12 to $15 within 3 months, but the day after earnings will probably be wild.
