Maybe we could consider another topic as well as what to do with a stray billion or so (Where is Everett Dirkson when you really need him?).

The recently filed/amended lawsuit against MOT seems like an inflammatory shot across the bow of a major cdma vendor. I checked with a friend of mine who is a litigator (although not in patent law) who said that this type of lawsuit is very difficult to win. Could someone comment on 1)the possible motivation behind this legal escalation - tactic or truly wanting to shut them down 2) the chances that Q! will prevail or the circumstances that would allow them to prevail 3)Potential risk should MOT win.

TIA
