Marvin Mansky, do you know how long it will take AT&T/Excite/ATHM to finish appealing all the negative ( against them ) court decisions regarding broadband? they are appealing in Portland and Florida. Soon it will be in every city. The last time I looked at lawsuits, you had time to develop cancer and a heart attack by the time they went through. Do you know perhaps of a quicker way that we don't know? I would not be holding mu breath that AT&T's broadband strategy will be implemented anytime soon. Meanwhile AOL will smoke their bacon. Trust me on this , <VBG>, TA PS I am now an expert witness on a lawsuit that was started in........1995..... Nobody has any idea when it will end. Re Bad news for AOL. msnbc.com
