<..As the Chinese proverb states: "May you live in an interesting time"..> Just for clarification, "may you live in interesting times" is not known as a Chinese proverb but as a Chinese CURSE. The intended implication drawn (roughly) from Buddhist philosophy is that that "NO news is good news". Kind of a different spin... and a good note to be off and quiet for a week with.
