In my unhumble opinion..I think you are way off base with that comment.. US is only helping their major corporations..unless you think that Clinton and co knew what it was doing when it allowed spy technology to be sold to China(I don't think they thought that out) The US has been exporting its inflation and letting US Corps buy very cheap labor to make larger profits on what they sell here.. Have you checked out with the very strong dollar how many companies US corps have bought cheaply? also?
