bid / ask of 19 / 30 sound like bad data to me. Market to tell us in the AM. theStreet.com has an article boosting the short and sellers argument that the sales are due to AHP stocking up. I just can't believe that AHP buys product they don't see sales for. They are not a cheritable organization. AHP paid out $7million milestone specifically due to their reaching $100 million in sales to end users in the trailing 12 months. Direct to consumer promotion is just beginning. SYNVISC was in short supply last year and many patients and docs were left without the injections they wanted. I am sure AHP does not want to be caught in that situation again.
