You are right: Having made a search here SI I found several messages
which indicate some insincerity of this article:
-This stock company which posted the news needed money to pay a
penalty to the SEC.
-Alfred Flores had not allowed the company to publish the news.
-The trials were done in 1990, not in 1995. Oooohhhps, what a long
time ago.
