The decline in Gold prices, though it shouldn't be significant because the finds are based on estimates, have caused a delay in the buyout. That's right, buyout, not JV. I own shares I will NOT sell at (.34 average)...those shares are directed for the buyout...however...I will trade the stock between the upper $.20s and sell in the low $.40s with additional shares up to that announcement. Don't let yourself fall to short sellers, but always listen to what they are saying. The more forceful the shorts are coming across the more you should buy the stock.
