Why can we not get a number for DSOs?

If NETA gave just a range, I don't like it. Why are we getting such a vague answer such as 8 to 12 weeks? Symantec just revealed that their DSOs fell to 31 days from 41 days the previous quarter. And Symantec's corporate sales rose to 46% of revenue. If Symantec had 0 days DSOs for retail, their corporate sales DSOs would still be only be 67.4 days (67.4 * 0.46 = 31).

So I am uneasy with NETA's explanation that since their sales are to the enterprise (instead of retail), their DSOs should be in the 90 day range. I know that Peoplesoft and Baan and other enterprise companies have such high DSOs. But their software takes many months, if not years to install. Does NETA's software take that long to install? I don't think so. But I am willing to listen to reasons why I am wrong.

In any case, good luck with NETA today.
