Fun-da-Mental#1, 60% of J companies are reporting losses as per the government tax office. There is a movement to reform how taxes are collected because

1- the system encourages reporting losses even if you have to cook the books

2- the companies that are reporting profits end up sharing all the burden

or 3- the gov has a major tax shortfall. Cant have your cake and eat it too.

so I suppose that the companies reporting losses don't have P/Es...
