Tecinvestor I see the open access court battle as a big positive for AOL. It means that while T is in court for the next several years fighting this battle, AOL marches on down the broadband road making deals with the baby Bells for high speed Internet access. By the time the open access battle has been resolved, AOL will already be well ahead of the rest of the pack and non catchable. Vendit >g<
