Wayne, I was there the day they ran the Dr. into the ground and recall telling my dad that was the only way they'd beat him. I also saw him set the 7f world record, which I believe was only broken fairly recently. It was a great time to go to the races, especially since I was only in my early teens. Hooked me for life, although I haven't gone to the track much in recent years. I will be heading to Keeneland in Oct, and I may try to get to Belmont while they're running @ 3:00pm on Fridays.
