AJ, not to take anything away from any fiber pulling company, but you bring up a good point. Building easements and landlord relationships are as valuable today as the fiber that enters into them. When you combine the two, you have something. It will remain this way until the logistics, shall we call them(?), and ways [which are similar to those of the wild west] have been tamed, which very likely means forever, since you can't DWDM basement and shaft areas. Fiber is hardly worth anything without permission to terminate it, somewhere. Incidentally, another company with a profile similar to NOPT in the northeast corridor is CTC Communications (CPTL), inclusive of LVLT colocation relationships. Frank
