Stryker's OP-1 Implant(TM) PMA Submission Accepted for Filing KALAMAZOO, Mich., July 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK - news) announced today that the Pre-Market Approval (PMA) submission for its OP-1 Implant(TM) has been accepted for filing by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The PMA submission seeks approval for the OP-1 Implant(TM) to treat long bone nonunions. The Company can give no assurance that approval for any use of the OP-1 Implant(TM) will be obtained. Stryker Corporation develops, manufactures and markets specialty surgical and medical products, including orthopaedic reconstructive, trauma and spinal implants, powered surgical instruments, endoscopic systems, patient care and handling equipment for the global market and provides outpatient physical therapy services in the United States.
