Well AOL will earn .60 without trouble. Lets see
.16 next quarter then .19 then .21-.22 then ..25. This looks good.
And the total for that is about 1.37 a share in earnings over the next 12 months.
Even if we lower that to something like this:
.15 .17 .20 .22=.74 a share 12 months from now.Which would be about a 50% increase in earnings. And this would seem low.
So a 50% increase in earnings should be a 50% increase in the stock price. . Giving the stock a pe of 300 which seems to be the norm around here. This would put the stock price at about 225 a share or so.
