Bill,
Considering the general tone contained in the majority of your posts, especially posting apparently private correspondence to this thread, you apparently had an ax to grind and chose this thread to sharpen it.
Having challenged me diliberately on why I had not "chosen" to follow up on your comments from our conversations in November, you implied that I was attempting to cover up some controversial issue that would essentially connotate that Bill Carraway and Bo O'Brien had deliberately lied and misinformed company shareholders.

The facts are that you failed to provide the promised stack of documentation you claimed to possess. Thus, I felt that if could not back up your claims, then you were merely someone with an ax to grind (selling your company to Mr. Lynch)
You also claim that the late Mr. Lynch was a close friend of yours.
Don Lynch was not only my business partner but a close friend. He was brilliant (A Princeton graduate) and of great character.
Yet you were unaware of his bout with terminal cancer and subsequent death. Apparently, it sounds like you didn't even attend the funeral. That is an issue that causes me to go hmmmm.... and doubt the closeness of your friendship with Mr. Lynch. (but who am I to doubt your word..:0)
I asked you to contact me through email if your offer to provide supporting HARD COPY documentation was still open. It has been several days and I still haven't heard from you. I am VERY OPEN to hearing your side if supporting documentation can be provided. I would LOVE to have a letter from Jaime Lynch as well if you can provide one. (I would think that you have written him as well, since it was likely that Susan was not actively involved in the company, and in fact divested of her holdings many months ago.)
When was the last time that you spoke with Bill Carraway?? I would think that you had established a good rapport with Bill and that he would be open to speaking with you. I know that I suggested that you contact Bill Carraway, since you seemed to have a lack of knowledge about the status of the technology at that time. Did you?? Did you attempt to confirm your past perceptions with current information??
I would believe that such a thorough individual as yourself would want to know the answer to the question before you ever asked it. It was only a phone call away. 803-722-5771, in case you forgot the number... :0)
Bill, what I question about your presence on this thread is that your first several posts dealt strictly with the past and aside from a couple of electronically "pasted" letters, you have failed to provide the necessary hard-copy information that I requested. You have obviously not followed the company over the past several months as I had informed you of both the Silicon Investor and AOL discussions surrounding the company. You were more than welcome to join us at that time when the stock was relatively low. Why didn't you choose to further participate then??
Why are you choosing to participate now?? Are you still a shareholder of GRNO? Have you performed the most basic due diligence regarding the current status of the company??
I may be a little suspicious, but I believe the only reason you are here is because you missed a wonderful opportunity to invest in this company, and now your resentful of those who have performed their diligence.
I would highly suggest that you visit GRNO again. I'm sure your know how to find their office.
I believe that I'm seeing through your true purpose here. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Regards,
Ron
BTW, if it isn't TOO personal, just how much did Mr. Lynch pay you for your stake in GRNO and the distributorship?? |
