I agree that GRT looks attractive at it's current price, but the street doesn't care for excessive debt at this stage of the cycle. This will change like everything but I think we'll see lower reit prices first. Anyone have any thoughts on MAA and their just announce JV with Blackstone? There are those that don't trust Blackstone but the deal looks good to me from a MAA perspective. It should be accretive to FFO and cut their high debt.
