Well it's below $10, so I guess I'm free to post again. Anybody want to go skiing, we can go down the Bid.com slope. It's a pretty steep drop though, so not for the faint of heart.

Seriously, though, I have noticed that their advertising campaign in Toronto this week has lacked the frequency we saw back in April. It could be that the company see's reducing expenses as necessary to achieve profitability. Not that that's a bad thing, but advertising is an investment to grow their customer base, and should not be seen as an expense. Their move to profitability was to come by raising prices of their merchandise. I haven't seen any evidence of that, has anyone else? Because even if they cut their expenses to $0, they are still only getting as much for their merchandise as they pay for it, so profitability via cutting their expenses won't, on its own, get them to where they want to be.
