In comparing the big name companies being mentioned thus far in this industry, EXDS, ABOV, INIT, GBIX, and ISLD, EXDS is clearly doing an outstanding job with recording its 11th straight 40% quarter to quarter growth. Simply amazing. Hats off to them. Then there is everyone else. Of them, ABOV and ISLD have the best quarter to quarter growth and the best business models driving growth and partnerships. As I said before, since ABOV is basically out of the picture for us investors, there is only ISLD. Their growth rate has been accelerating the last three quarters. From the quarter ended 6/98 to the quarter ended 9/98, the growth rate was just under 30%. From 9/98 to 12/98 it was just under 50%. And from 12/98 to 3/99, it was just under 80%. Therefore, we have a pattern of accelerating growth quarter to quarter which is more impressive than GBIX, ABOV, INIT, and even the titan EXDS. I do not think an accelerating growth rate is sustainable, but for now it is a solid reason to invest.
Hence, I sarcastically queried the thread about a 100% quarter to quarter growth rate from the period ended 3/99 to the period ended 6/99. Could we be looking at a quarter of more than $4.8 million in revenues? That would be nice followed by analyst coverage the next day.
