-- e-Vegas.com Inc. (OTC BB: EVCM) is pleased to announce that they
have entered into a joint venture for the development of
Bet-A-Bunch.Com Inc., a new on-line sports book gaming company. This
new company will focus entirely on standard and innovative sports book
gaming opportunities for on-line gamers. The new company's name is
based on a standard gambling phrase: "Got a hunch, then bet abunch".

Bet-A-Bunch.Com Inc. was started by Mr. Sid Diamond and Mr. Herb
Rossin, both seasoned Las Vegas executives and businessmen with sports
book and sports entertainment production experience. Bet-A-Bunch.Com
Inc. is offering a number of sports book games at their website which
is located at www.sportswager.com.

commitment to provide the best on-line gaming to our customers. Our
investment in Bet-A-Bunch.Com Inc. will differentiate us from our

Mr. Diamond is the former Director of Race and Sports for Circus Circus
Enterprises and Excalibur Hotels in Las Vegas, Nevada. For the past 18
years Mr. Diamond has been licensed by the Nevada State Gaming
Commission. Mr. Diamond has managed the sports book business for 5
major casinos.

Mr. Rossin holds gaming licenses in Nevada, Guam and the Cook Islands.
He is a former Vice President of the Home Shopping Network. Mr. Rossin
is involved as a producer in television. Some of his projects include a
television show called Sports Talk, major telethons, syndicated TV
shows and numerous commercials. He is also the owner of ASAP, a
multimedia marketing firm. Mr. Diamond and Mr. Rossin are currently
members of the Board of Directors of e-Vegas.com Inc.

It is expected that Bet-A-Bunch.Com Inc. will become a publicly traded
company on the NASDAQ OTC bulletin board within 60 days.

NFL(TM) "No Points" Football Contest e-Vegas.com Inc. is also pleased
to announce the introduction of a new type of on-line gaming contest.
The NFL(TM) "No Points" contest offers $578,000 in prizes for the
entire football season (based on a minimum # of entries). It is
designed to be a fun contest and entries are limited to two per person.
The entry fee for the entire season is just $34 which is only $2 per
week.

There are no point spreads involved. Each player is only required to
pick the winner of each NFL game on a weekly basis. Each weekly prize
fund of $34,000 is paid out to 100 winners and is broken down as
follows:
