08:37 ET InfoSpace.com (INSP) 57 7/32: Internet infrastructure company announces collaboration with America Online (AOL) to develop and offer ClassifiedPlus. Under the terms of this agreement, America Online will pay InfoSpace.com quarterly cash fees as well as a percentage of all advertising and transaction revenue generated from the classifieds technology. INSP shares flat in pre-market.
