Why would you think EPS would be less than last quarter?? Shouldn't the out of the money options(Most by now) be reduced from the share count, thus increasing the EPS. This effect alone could help 10%. More sales days this quarter than last, as well as the chinese new year.. The competition threat is over stated. They have a slightly smaller share of something that is twice as big as last year.. Yes they are selling it cheaper, but the average cost to manufacture has gone done considerably due to economies of scale. Not much R&D left in the VCD market to capitalize over twice as many chips.
