It seems that it can't be much of an emergency if the meeting isn't until August 5th. Maybe just a poor choice of words - IMO. I like the measured action so far today. I hate gaps. And I would just as soon see it filled sooner rather than later. The important thing is to see solid improvement in fundamentals so SGI's evaluation will start to grow over time. Larry
