Eric S. *FLASH*. Eric, I know you're into Novell's real estate.... holdings, and potential holdings with regard to a "value add" to the stock. Well, I've just been contacted anonymously (now this is only heresay), that they are surreptitiously working on a deal to acquire, get this.... "Gotham City". Yes. I was told that they would be relocating the HQ. And get this -- (please, don't let this leak out to the press), Jack Nicholson is going to work undercover as the "Joker", and you're not going to believe this one....they want "ME" to work as the "Brain". Promise me Eric, that you won't let this leak out. Joe...<whew...>
