Would it be reasonable to assume that the recent price decline in the face of a good earnings report be due to the selling of the unlocked shares? Should that be the reason is there any pronosis as to when this distribution would end or slow down as to have minimum influence?

Could it be that there is a belief that, going forward, NITE will not do well in upcoming qtrs? From all research I've done I can not see them not do well albeit I do not have any projections on market penetration in the Euopean theatre. With $2.51 per share in cash I would expect they are in a great position to enhance business perhaps in purchasing a company in the ECN part of the business.

My feeling is we have a good number of shareholders with unlocked shares with tremendous gains and are now reaping their reward. They can only sell their shares once so that too must end sometime.

Any other thoughts? My position in NITE is to hold long term and thus short term noise does not trouble me. Long term noise does. Do we have long term negative noise here?
